just bought my first brand new GTi at VW of Hartford. I hate dealerships BUT this was one of the experiences of purchasing a new vehicle EVER!!!!! The entire staff has been great to work with. I can not say enough good things about this dealer, highly recommended and almost cant wait to go back or be able to send a friend or family member in to purchase i car. Thank you to the entire staff of VW of Hartford. Keep up the great work and customer service. It went a long way with me.

Great staff super friendly no pressure
Too pricey, as a Volkswagen owner I think I speak for us all we I say, we work very hard and love the brand. We shouldn't have to shy away from accessories because the price is sky high e.g. me and my wife were at the service center last week and wanted the plate caps but decided not to invest because they were $80.00!!! I could understand $50.00...its just that extra $30.00 that speaks volumes.
