Every time I bring my car here I get treated with respect and I am greeted with genuine customer appreciation. They take care of me from getting me good deals on service, loaner if I need it, and treating me like I was one of there's. I've been to many Mazda dealerships in CT, this one is my absolute favorite and would recommend it over the several others that I have been too.
Purchased a new 2017 CX-5 today! Did some research ahead of time and Liberty had the best price. Christina was great! Spent an hour with the car at 11am, spent an hour picking it up at 4pm the same day. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Got exactly what we wanted for the price we expected to pay.
Took my car for service. They were very polite and helpful. Techs couldn't figure out exactly what was wrong and took the time to diagnose it without just blindly replacing. Good value for the money. Waiting area/set up is nice.
I found a used car I was interested in on Liberty Mazda's website. I called that morning to see if the car was still on the lot. I spoke with Chris, a manager, who was friendly but not pushy. He asked if I would be stopping by and I said I didn't know. That afternoon I stopped by the dealership and asked for Chris. He remembered my name and the car I was interested in and introduced me to a salesman named Justin. Justin showed me the car, I test drove it, and he answered all of my questions. Again, he wasn't pushing for a sale, but actually trying to make sure the car was a good fit for my needs. I ended up putting a deposit down that day, and I drove away in my new car the following day. It was super easy and quick, everyone who helped me was great, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. If all the other employees are as great as Chris and Justin, then you won't be disappointed. Plus, Mazda's are such great cars! This is the second Mazda I have owned and the first one lasted me a good 11 years! So head over to Liberty and see what they can do for you!
