Oh and the car is absolutely amazing. The comments we receive and thumbs up from people on the highway are unbelievable.
We had an excellent experience at Jaguar Hartford. Everyone was very friendly and we were introduced to pretty much everyone in the showroom. The was no pressure and they let us test drive the variations of the car we wanted. We were looking at the Jaguar F-Type which is a two seater so my wife and I had to test drive each model separately which was not problem.
And last but not least was Nick, the finance guy, who was very pleasant, humorous and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and did not try to push any extras on us, which we appreciated.
I would highly recommend both the F-Type S and Jaguar Hartford.

Horrible service, from the first phone call to dealing with the service department. They only survive because there is no other choice for jaguar service in the area. They should be out of business.
They even made a mistake during the purchase and did everything possible to resolve it in anyway that was acceptable to us. You really can tell the quality of a dealership in how they handle things when something goes wrong and they did everything we could expect to make things right.
Very professional and accommodating. Keith took time to explain the features as well as how to activate. The sale manager also took time out to discuss the XF with me and Jaguar cars in general. Chris the Service Manager also advice me on pros and cons from a service point of view of the different Jaguars I was test driving. Through this aforementioned staff it made my decision easy. Please note that I was looking also at Mercedes and the Porsche Panorama. This is my 5th Jaguar and its through the attention to details and working with me is the reason I purchase another Jag from Hartford Jaguar and formerly Steven's Jaguar.
Chris the general manager was pleasant and welcoming. Also doing his best to answer any questions we had with a smile.
We did not feel rushed or pressured. It was an amazing buying experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a new Jaguar. Please ask for Keith, you will not be disappointed!
