Excellent customer service! Guy M. helped me find the perfect car for me and helped coordinate all the paperwork in a very timely manner. They really went above and beyond. After looking around at a few dealerships, I can honestly say Bertera and Guy provided the best service in the area.
Also, I appreciate how transparent and genuine my salesperson Rodney was being when working with me. I think this an important aspect to acknowledge, primarily as a young woman often going to dealerships can be overwhelming and intimidating, so much so that many of us are taught to never to go to one without a male figure present. However, I can honestly say that I never felt that way when visiting Bertera Subaru of Hartford, in fact, Rodney immediately made me feel at ease.
It was also a good friendly environment, everyone seemed pretty nice and positive.
The service was fantastic and I would highly recommend Joseph Boughton as a sales representative. He is very honest and helpful. He helped me find exactly what i was looking for at a good price.
I had very specific needs when searching for a new car. My sales professional, Luis Vega, was patient and spent a great deal of time explaining the differences in the product line. In the end, I decided on the Subaru Legacy and it couldn't have worked out better. I thank Luis and the staff backing him up at the dealership.

I just wanted to take the time and thank everyone at Bertera Subaru of Hartford. In particularly, Rodney and O'Neal! These two gentlemen were amiable, informative and very professional. I knew I wanted a Subaru because of the vehicles stellar reputation, but as a college student, I was worried if I would be able to afford one. However, the dealership gave me a great deal on a 2018 Subaru Forrester! It has been almost two weeks since the purchase, and I'm very much satisfied with this vehicle.
