I brought my vehicle in because the comfort access was not working. Upon my arrival for my 1pm appointment I was not seen by a service advisor until 1:55pm, while I was 1 of 2 people waiting for assistance. When my vehicle was ready I was told the batteries in the remotes were dead and I was charged $120 to replace them. After driving the car twice the comfort access stopped working. After speaking with a service advisor, Jason Newell, I was left with no solution other then taking the vehicle in and being charged more to have it looked at. I decided to buy new batteries and replace them myself and the comfort access has been working normal since (it appears they never replaced the batteries). I have left the service manger messages with no returned phone calls and I have answered the multiple surveys they have sent me with poor reviews with no follow up. New Country BMW does not care about customer service and will charge you for a service that they did not actually complete. Do not waste your time or money at this dealership.
We purchased a new car at another BMW dealership in the area and had a very bad experience. We set out looking for another dealership to service our new car at. The people at New Country are absolutely great. Have had the car in for a recall, malfunction and a scheduled maintenance. Each time, our service advisor Gerry keeps us updated with texts and calls. Loaner car available to us during two of the three visits which is key! They also follow up each time you stop in to see how the experience was and if there is anything else they can do. For us, it's worth the longer drive to bring our BMW here. Thanks!
Very Slow response and not any more reliable dealer. This morning we took our car for a oil change. By the time we came home, engine oil level seems to be dropped to minimum already. We thought some thing is wrong and called the dealer and left a message. After 6 hours still no response yet. Left 2 more message, Still no one called us back. After we paid $250 dealers for just oil change and never expected this kind of response from a dealer. Quite frustrating experience. I don't see any accountability, quick response, attentive to details are not there any more. They dropped some stuff on SUV hood and didn't even care to clean it. Very lazy.
I got a used Subaru from this dealership. Great deal, they even put new brakes in it. Very easy and fast paperwork, the sales consultant Steve Rothman was awesome. I usually hate all the sales people but he was super nice and not just trying to sell you stuff. Great experience!
They had sent a mechanic same day evening to took care of the problem. Mechanic is very professional and resolved the issue effectively and explained why this has happened? Follow-up call from dealer next day to enquire about the car condition and overall service experience. Due to this new experience, gave them 4 star experience (Took off 1 star for additional headache).
I have bought my X5 from NEW COUNTRY BMW and my service advisor is Gerry Garcia. To be honest, I only go to New Country BMW because of Gerry. He is a wonderful person and the best service advisor at New Country. He will take extra effort (or way extra) to make sure I get the right service and the WAY I want. I am extremely TOUGH customer who is not easy to please and every time, Gerry pleases me. He will organize everything for me and call me personally when the job is over. He will always make sure, my car is washed carefully and is ready on time. This is my third BMW and I have dealt for at least 5 BMW Dealership and I will rate Gerry the BEST!
