I love this Domino's they make your order exactly how you like it and that is a lot coming from a picky eater! Also the delivery is fast.
It's beyond me that the driver wouldn't deliver to the door (despite having a drivers instructions/comment field with the option of instructing the driver to ring the doorbell) stating it's this location's policy not to get out of the car. One get another job if your that nervous. Two I spend $30's plus when ordering with you guys. Three I pay with my card online so there's no money exchanged so how are you nervous to get robbed? Whether outside or in the vehicle I don't think that'll make a difference if someone already had the motive to rob you. Four if you have no customers you have no income to feed your family so think twice when it comes to being offensive. If I owned a business (in which I will in the next few months) and treated all my customers as if they're going to rob me, how'd you think they'd feel? Lastly I have a freaking toddler am I suppose to bring him outside with me, in the snow, especially if the driver is that much afraid to exit his vehicle to complete his task as a delivery driver, should I be afraid too? It's the holiday season you (the driver) missed out on an awesome tip. Now here's your tip: Not everyone is out to rob you and some people actually do tip generously.
My order was messed up but the manager called me and made it right. I was upset at first but the manager callimg and showing they care made me feel better and he offered us a replacement medium pizza for next time.
Horrible service. Rude management. Driver was going to pull off after one min of waiting. Never again.
Absolutely ridiculous. Paid 25 dollars for cold food that took over an hour and 20 mins when I live 15 mins away. THEN DRIVER CALLS ME BACK WITH AN ATTITUDE TRYING TO YELL AT ME ABOUT THE FACT THAT I CLOSED MY DOOR IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER??? THE SAME DRIVER WHO WAS LATE, THE SAME DRIVER WHO WANTED ME TO LEAVE MY HOUSE TO COME TO HIS CAR WHILE HE'S PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY. Then I call the store to talk to a Supervisor and all he does is make excuses for the the driver, then reveals that he is not a supervisor and that the supervisor will be in the next day but that he was in charge???? Never ordering from here again. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.
