It's too expensive and the sauce needs a changing!
who knows but it seems like everytime they buy a franchise like papa johns they manage to ruin the pizza and customer service is awful.. I’m sorry but some of these Indians or pakis buy these businesses and ruins them.. Before people bring up hate comments I’m just letting you know that I’m from a country that’s right next to India and Pakistan .. I’m just saying some of these people shouldn’t own these businesses.. extremely rude people.. I went there didn’t even order a pizza and walked out because they were rude. And I hear they make the worst pizza there..papa Johns in Cromwell was great I used to drive from hartford there to get it.. these guys are literally a block away from me and I will never go there
If you've never had Papa John's, give it a shot. I'm glad I did.
Brilliant pizza . The taste was delicious. It smelled fresh . The crest had that fine smell of oven fresh pizza. The Italian guy that makes the pizza seems to enjoy making the pizza. Every pie looks round and seems like a workman’s craft.
Try their Works pizza. Just a big Mac.
I'm being kind, it's the last pizza I would order over all except SOME Domino's places.
I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything tasted. The food surpassed all of my expectations. The pizza was good, the knots were good, and the garlic dipping sauce was pretty good as well.
I tried their online and signed up for the rewards points . Good job guys.
My one complaint is that I received a regular Pepsi, not a Diet Pepsi. However, having past experience as a Pizza Hut employee, I understand how chaotic it can get working at a busy chain restaurant. On top of that, the delivery came quickly and the driver was friendly.

I was in Hartford, CT for the night for a show at The Bushnell. Got back to my hotel room around 9:30 PM and decided to get delivery rather than wander around the city looking for a place to eat.
I like Papa John's original sauce So I ordered extra sauce for past two orders. But both time i didn't get extra sauce, even the quantity of the sauce was less than a normal sauce
I ordered a pepperoni pan pizza with the three cheese blend, an order of garlic cheddar knots, and a Diet Pepsi.
The restaurant is clean and gives you that brick oven feel.
