-Prices that seem to change at random
-Wrong orders that take hours to get fixed, and zero customer service
-A totally unorganized back-end
Slow service and inconsistent with arrival times. I order at work because I work 3rd shift and there aren't many places open at that particular time, so I usually order from them because they are usually open but every time I do they end up taking more than an hour just to deliver, sometimes an hour and a half would past and I litteraly have to call them to remind them that I ordered. Then all they day is "oh its on the way", how about a little customer service. Coming from home to work after 8 hrs of sleep and no food to eat and having to wait more then an hour for the food is rediculous and they have no excuse for taking this long to deliver a pizza
-Someone on the phone being annoyed you've called
-Predatory delivery men who hit on women upon delivery (we've literally had the men at work answer the door when possible it's so uncomfortable)
worst place ever. there so rude on the phone and take hours to bring your food. just yesterday I ordered a pasta online and it says it $12.42 the guys comes an hour late and says it’s $15 and has an attitude and throws the dollar at me. the pasta was so nasty and cheese wasn’t even melted, I’ve been throwing up since. I will never order from there again, all they want is your money and your food is trash.
Ordered plain wings sauce on the side. This is the amount of sauce I was given for ten wings.....you broke my heart south Whitney. How you gonna do a man like that.
