It's the worse agency we have ever seen because : there are not professional at all, not friendly, not gently incompetent, obstinate, not helpfull. Because of them we were lost und stucked in a unknown city... You are just not doing your job...!
I had a very worst experience that even my words won't be sufficient to describe it. I reserved a standard car but they gave me a compact saying we ran out of standard cars. The only question I have is why you list different categories of cars like compact, Standard, full size etc instead of just putting a car when you are not willing to give the customer what they reserved for. As, It's not allowing me to post without rating I rated 1 star.
Waited at this HERTZ for over 40 minutes while the employees took a break. Our car was not ready and people were not overly friendly. They did not even give us the car that we had rented by phone ahead of time. I strongly do not recommend using this car dealershi

As an independent contractor in financial services, I spend $8400-$9000 per year on car rental services. There appears to be nothing that would prevent me from utilizing Hertz services at the 108A Constitution Plaza location exclusively.
