Did not like the treatment that I receive when I return the vehicle back the representative that dealt with me was not pleasant at all and then after that e charge me $3 75 a gallon for the gas when I asked him about it you said that is what the price is there is no way at the gas station the gas prices so expensive wasn't pleased about it at all

Person and service was good however I didn’t get any non smoking car. This is the third time I am taking rental from Weston street Hartford and every time I ask for non smoking vehicle they just add some car freshener and give me. I start smelling smoke the next day of rental.
