The food is comforting! The place is clean, the staff is friendly, the place is busy, and extremely small, doesn't have much sitting room, so take out is your best option.
Refused to make another pie a half hour before closing because they didn't want to get stuck with 2slices at closing...
Friendly staff, quick service and the largest slice I've ever had. A slice at this place is really 2 slices like in the picture attached. You'll also notice the slice is on 2 paper plates because it won't fir on one
Come here regularly as they are the only pizza restaurant around that has killer slices. One slice is about the size of 1.5 NY style slice. I would say its the closest slice of NY outside of NY that is in the Hartford area. They definitely are customer driven as they have a loyal following who is really taken care of. Have not roamed away from the pizza here but i' m sure the rest of the menu is as tasty.
Amazing Customer Service. Pizza Slices are well Priced and are Huge and Delicious, but the Whole Pies aren't as good for some reason and Menu Items can be Over Priced. Also they don't Delivery, but what this Establishment lacks in what I've mentioned more than makes up for itself with it warm cozy atmosphere and great service. The owner will always make you feel welcome as a VIP.
So they gave up $9 in sales because they didn't want to possibly lose 2 slices that maybe cost them less than $2 at most but they were willing to make me a whole pie if I paid for way more pizza than I wanted or needed.Real good business sense.
