Saturday me and my friend wanted to get drinks and something to eat. We walked in, we didn't get greeted, not a hi, nothing. There was a waitress that kept looking at us every time she walk by. I got tired of waiting and asked her how long do we have to wait to be seated, she asked if we are part of the birthday party I said no, she said because of the birthday party there's no tables available, while I was talking to her I was looking at the bar that clearly had 2 seats available, I was waiting for her to say, would you like to sit at the bar, she didn't say it until I asked her if I could sit at the bar. We get seated at the bar, a girl that was behind the bar, said hi and if we need a few minutes to decide on what we want, we both said yes, but at this point, I didn't even want to spend my money there no more because we had to let our selves be known that we was standing at the door, she was well aware that we were there. So I decided to leave. Moral of the story, if you're working in a place where customer service is required, then you should be giving a 100% not anything less than that. A customer should feel comfortable, welcomed and should be greeted with respect, I didn't receive that so I will not step foot back In there.

A nice place to go to. There is always something to do at the russell.

We got here for happy hour and it was very quiet. They had some nice music playing and we were seated in the booth by the fireplace. We enjoyed a Guinness and a peach martini, which was very good. For dinner, we each ordered the Cajun Snapper which came with rice, okra, red peppers and fried plantains. Excellent. It had a great spice to it and was very tender. It's a very small venue, so reservations are recommended. Definitely worth a try.

The food, reggae music ans perfect ambiance is awesome.

Excellent atmosphere, the food is in hearty portions, especially if you decide to start drinking first. Pretty low wait time for food, depending on when you go. All in all a good place to go.
