Confusing entries and exit. Where do you pay, where do you swipe your monthly card. Separate system for state employees works faster than general public one. Hard to cross the street without incident.
Yup it's a garage. Reasonable prices. Convient to the ball park.
Have to walk up hill to everything... but the security staff is great
Safe and clean parking gargage but not quite proximal to downtown Hartford main attractions but is in walking distance to the Yard Goat stadium
I parked. My car was there when I got back. So that's good.
