HARDWOOD FLOORS: for those of us with allergies, this is SUCH A BLESSING. And if you don't have allergies, I still would not recommend walking around on hotel room carpet w/ your bare feet...just saying...
With these minor points (already being handled) I am absolutely looking forward to staying here again. And I have changed hotels 8 times in the Hartford area.
Downtown, close to office
On site restaurant was very nice and fairly priced
No non-dairy creamer available at breakfast...but when I asked, they put some on order that day!!!
Spent a night here in early October, the hotel is very nice and luxurious feeling. The room we received was awesome. The bathroom was very modern and the room felt very upscale. I was really impressed, a great location too. Right near downtown area. I was able to park on the street. Free parking on the weekends (all hours). Which varies from city to city.
Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the shower, water pressure was lacking. Besides that, the room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable. The design was relaxing. The side bar bartender was amazing, we had a great time there.

An amazing hotel in a convenient location. The staff was incredible, friendly and the most welcoming of any hotel I have ever stayed at.
Was a thermostat glitch when I visited (wouldn't go under 67)...but they are aware and resolving

The hotel was nicely decorated, mixing old world charm with new modern fixtures. The front staff were polite but elusive about the status of the attached restaraunt and bar. Seems odd to have those features of a new hotel closed on a weekend.
Attentive and courteous staff at every level...had absolutely the best experience ever w Haley the manager. And she continues to find out answers to questions I have. Haven't had service like this in along time!
Appeared that housekeeping is not always standardized...got different levels of service on different days. Nothing major, just something I noticed.
Sometimes you can hear others next door if they are talking in the bathroom due to acoustics
