Clean rooms, shuttle to local areas, and an alright breakfast. The bed was comfy with good pillows. Friendly staff. Tub didn't drain quite fast enough when using the shower. Overall a good hotel.
Extremely satisfied with the room. The room decor was very pleasing and very clean. We were on the 3rd floor in a king bedroom. The bed mattress was so comfortable, it was a dream to have such a wonderful rest after our long drive. We were pleasantly surprised that the TV had included so many cable channels. Breakfast was a standard continental, but as we’re coffee and toast breakfast people, I can’t really give a big evaluation, breakfast was fine for us. We enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere, drinking our coffee and reading the newspaper in the morning before checking out. I can’t definitely recommend staying at this Best Western to anyone staying in the Hartford area.

It's not the nicest place. But it's modern the front desk staff is very pleasant courteous and attentive. Microwave in every room. Pool and hot tub. 43in flat screens. Comfortable bed and pillows. Free breakfast.
We stay here often when traveling. It is consistently a very good place to stay. Very friendly staff. Clean quiet rooms. Good parking area. Good breakfast and lounge area. The lounge is inviting and sunny during the day if you want to spend some time out of your room. A very good place to stay. Will stay again.
