I attempted to make an appointment with this group to have a doctor look at my elbow. I was transferred 3 times to 3 different offices and then told I would have to call back. I will not be going to this practice to have anything done- their customer service leaves little to be desired.
I have had two recent appointments at this office. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Both doctors spent all the time with me that I thought was appropriate. Both doctors were very competent and their "bed side manner" was fine. I recommend this office.
Front desk people really very rude and they bill for services that are not provided. Also, from my personal experience all the staff looked less efficient and skilled.
