Horrible customer service. 20 minutes after they open their phones are still on afterhours answering service
Been going to Allergy Associates for the past 10+ years in the Glastonbury and Hartford location. Sometimes you can't get thru on the phone, and sometimes they call to reschedule an appointment (at least they call rather than waste your time showing up!) However I have been healthier with their immunotherapy for a good chunk of my adult life and Dr Srinivasan does a great job. Injections are usually quick and pain free...works for me!
