We had been traveling and had some break/tire issues in Hartford on 84. Luckily for us we found Hillside Automotive. They were able to fit us in, get the parts we needed and get us back on the road. Extremely nice family run automotive repair center. Wish I had a place like this close to where I live.

I'm not usually a 5 star giver for reviews, but they were pretty great in all aspects of my interactions with them. I was having a serious issue with my brakes and they were able to schedule an appointment for me the morning after I called. I was even offered a ride to work nearby which was very much appreciated. I was quoted an appropriate estimate for the job, and the work was done by the time I got out of work at around 4-4:30pm. Now my car is back working great! I also got a 5% discount on labor because of my AAA membership. They are very friendly and professional. I chose them off of the good reviews I saw online and was not disappointed.
I have used Hillside Automotive twice and I can't say enough about the professionalism and customer service. Prompt communications, pick up and delivery on my car, and the repair done correctly at a fair price. Why go anywhere else?
