Needed a trailer hitch and didn't want to deal with the problems of a self install. Kevin and his team at U-Haul on Capital ave provided great customer service from the time I called to setup the appointment to when I left with my new hitch. All I wanted was the hitch, although they asked if I needed any of the other accessories, there was no pressure purchase.
Had excellent service from Keith-he was professional, courteous, polite & knowledgeable. Lots and lots of vehicles to choose from, easy to get to right off of I84.

It's a decent enough place. Would've given less stars, honestly, but the staff is pretty good. Willing to get done what they have to in order to get you what you need.
