Excellent. My 1920s front door lock was falling apart and I came in with a box full of parts for help. Fixed the old lock on the spot in a few minutes (saving me 100s of dollars) and told me how to reinstall it myself. Generous and expert service.
They've got customer service "locked" in! I have been using West Hartford Lock for our business for years. These last two weeks, though, I've had to call them three times (two standard calls and one emergency call). Kathy is super nice and really helpful.
