I would have given 0 if I could this is the WORST package store I have ever been to their customer service is horrible and I even gave chances thinking hey everyone has a bad day but after how I was treated today I'm tired of it. I was a regular customer for over a year and this morning I was short 25cents yes 25 cents and he would not let me go until later when I came back I can understand its a business but with all the change I have left for others you would think it wouldn't be a problem. Well they just lost my business and my friends and family I'm sorry but customer service should be important for everyone not just a select few. If you don't like alcoholics than you are in the wrong business and you should not be on a personal call when dealing with customers. They say they open at 9am however they NEVER open at that time. There are many other package stores that are cheaper and treat their customers great. Answer me this if you have regular customers that get the same thing everyday why would you not order enough??? And 2 weeks to get Budweiser in lol wow. You need to take a course on customer service after all it is people like me who pay your salary!!!!!!!!!!
