I brought my almost brand new (a month old) bed set in because the dogs got something on it. First they don't have a change machine so I had to go next door and buy something. Then I washed on cold per my label, that was fine. I dried on a med heat and took my items out after 22 mins. Every thing was scorching hot. My bed skirt melted, my sheets shrink, my blanket is ruined. It's flat, hard and indented with the impression of the inside of the dryer. The pillow cases shrunk as well. I'm so aggravated. If they know their dryers get that hot they should post that they get this hot. I will never go here again and I will fight to get reimbursed.

It's semi clean. The attendees need to be more available it seems like there's none there to help. Overall it was ok.
