These grumpy people have a real attitude problem!!! Learn better customer service and how to deal with people!!!! Not everybody knows the same policies or has the same medical training as you all do. (Especially those of us don't work in the medical field) So why don't you try to be a little more understanding of that. If you need to find better jobs which don't require you to deal with the public then now would be the perfect time to do that!!!
