keep in mind her last dose was around 7:30 pm. How does facility run out of a patients medication that they've been on for 2 weeks.. Spoke around this not the first time a patient was almost given the wrong meds.. The food they serve there patient's i wouldn't even give to my dog...

My mother used to work here and she reported on the low quality of care by the nurses and the CNA staff. There used to be smoking allowed not indoors, but right outside. So second hand smoke exposure is a worry for the patients and the staff.
My girlfriend was a patient for rehabilitation one they tried giving her the wrong meds luckily she was a former pharmacy tech and quickly realized it wasn't her meds the nurse argued said it was the same meds she been taking she then ask what was in the pill cup she said Glucophauge and risperdal She then said im not a diabetic nor do i have mental issuse. She spoke to director of facility she said it was a mistake and that her nurse will get re educated and that if i have so many complaints then maybe i should transfer out... She then said I've worked with these physical therapists to start and move my things it will be a hassle so she stayed.. next incident they ran out of her pain medication around midnight when she ask for her pain meds.
