I found Bubbles Hand Car Wash on Groupon and was excited to have paid $65 for a $130 interior and exterior car detail. For service valued at $130, I expected a great detailing of a used Murano that I purchased the day prior. Now granted the car was filthy “hence me bringing it in to be detailed…” but with 3 hours of estimated work, I expected it to shine.
I am all about community businesses, but in my opinion, this place should not be operating. WHY IS THERE NOT A ZERO STAR OPTION!!!

Sowed up without an appt and they fit me right in while i waited. Great service, made sure I was satisfied with the wash before paying. Highly recommend this place.
Awesome service! Very thereal cleaning. Great deals for all needs. Vac/wash special between $25-$35. Will be back!
A good place to get your car washed
I scheduled service the day prior and was excited to bring the car down for my 10:00 am appointment. I get a ride there and the business is clearly closed. I call them around 10:15 and no one answered. Called again around 10:25 still no answer, so I reluctantly and angrily told my ride to leave and I drove 30 minutes back home. When I arrived home, I got a call from the business around 10:55 stating that they just got there. Not really an apology for completely wasting my time, but whatever. I decided to ask someone else for a ride and went back for my service.
I tipped the employees $10 drove home without looking at the car (my fault for trusting the work). When I got home, it was obvious that the car had not been detailed. To be honest it had not been touched. I sat in my driveway for an hour fuming and cleaned it myself. I sent the owner pictures of the filth and she forwarded it to her staff. At this point, there was no way I would get a ride back, wait another 3 hours, and drive back home although the owner offered to detail the car the next day. ESPECIALLY after sitting there scrubbing the car myself.
I am not sure if the other reviews are real, but I did not fabricate the dysfunction of this business. Please see the pictures I attached and determine for yourself if this is a $130 detail. Determine if it is even a $15 cleaning.
I wanted to wait a day before I wrote this review to try to sound less angry and more analytical. Unfortunately, I am still tight, so this may sound a bit harsh.
I was told my vehicle would require 2 hours to be detailed so I figured I would give them 3 hours to be sure the car was ready when I arrived. I got a text about 2 ½ hours later telling me my car was ready for pickup. Great!!! I am thinking… but when I arrived about 45 minutes later, I waited an additional 30 minutes for them to “finish up”.
